About the event
Community and Parents for Public Schools is excited to host an evening with the co-chairs of the Joint Committee on Ways and Means, Senator Kate Lieber and Representative Tawna Sanchez, to discuss the impacts of our underfunded public schools. The event aims to build a shared understanding of the current funding landscape, highlight the stories of students and parents/caregiver, and explore pathways toward more equitable, sustainable investment in public education in our district and across the state.
