Our Mission

CPPS is committed to building a sustainable network of parents, caregivers, and community members advocating and organizing for public school education in Portland. We believe that strong schools are a foundation for strong communities and integral to a thriving Oregon. Our work is interconnected with other movements for social and economic justice at the state and national level - you can learn more about who we work with here.

Our leadership board consists of parents from across the Portland Public School district, reflecting multiple perspectives and experiences within public education.
